Certificate of Insurance (COI)
A one-page summary, usually on an ACORD 25 form, showing which policies a firm carries, the limits and key endorsements.
What it means for your firm
A certificate is evidence of insurance, not the policy itself. It does not add or change coverage.
Contracts often list exactly what the certificate must show. We check those requirements before the certificate is issued.
